Feeding questions!!

How is everyone doing? I haven't been on in a while! Anyways I have a 75 gallon with small 3 inch tinfoils and a small dinosaur bichir. I have been feeding tropical flakes and frozen bloodworms every other day, any other foods that would help make them grow quicker?

Simple answer is no. Genetics will only allow them to grow at their genetics rate

Yes. The flakes are made with the proper nutrients. Omega one makes a great flake and nls makes a great pellet
