Feeding

I have several medium sized cichlids and 4 small as well. Well when I feed I have 2 different sized pellets. Both floating pellets. Either way my larger fish are eating all the food. Not seeing the small ones eat much at all. Any suggestions on a better way to feed so the small fish get some?

Try flakes I couldn't get my small ones to eat until I got flakes put them near the filter so they get pushed down

What kind of flake. Do they need to be cichlid specific or can I use common flakes for any fish

I switch it up by getting different kinds each time I have to buy more food. my fish will only eat the flakes I put pellets in once a day and they never get eaten
