Female guppy on bottom of tank

For several days I have has a female guppy on bottom of tank .. Water tests good with liquid test kit .... All other fish are doing well . She is pregnant

I have her floating I a half gal container in tank with freshwater and bubbler to see if it helps

Well she died preety fast after I went to quarentine her and tried give her a lil bit of meds I thought would help I decided I see if it was cuz her pregnancy but after opening her up I saw that the fry were not fully developed yet
