Filter for 5.5 gallon

What filter would you guys recommend for a 5.5 gallon tank that would have a fairly low current?

Has anyone ever used the fluval nano filter with the spray bar

My 5 gallon came with a tetra whisper, but I'm replacing it slowly with an AquaClear 30. I have an ac 50 on ny 29g but i want te tank for tetras and shrimp and i think a 20 will have too much flow

I've got shrimp and fragile plants near the surface, and the flow is just fine on its lowest setting.
