I have a 5.5 gallon tank. It currently has 8 cherry shrimp and a sponge filter. It also a small Anubis, a crested Java fern, and a few juvenile normal Java ferns. I am wondering if a trio of male guppies would be overcrowding a tank of that size. I have a ph of 8.2 and the tank is cycled. The dimensions are 16 (length) x 8 (width) x 10 (height).

Should be fine if they are males. Just keep track of water quality. There should be enough plant life for the males to get away from each other if one gets "testy" (y)
