I have a Rena XP3 filter working on my tank. Today I noticed that I had little to no water flow. I just tore my filter apart and started it back up at which point everything started running fine once again.

What might be the cause of this problem?

I did a 40% PWC last week during which time I cleaned my filter out (no, not the bio-ball things). After my tank cleaning and pruning, I had some moss clippings still floating in the tank that I was unable to pick out. In the following days the excess moss gathered up on my intake pipe, I removed it all and everything seemed fine until I notices that my plants weren't moving today. Might this have been the issue?

I have the same filter and have never experienced that. You should be able to look through the hoses since they are clear and see if you have a blockage somewhere. If it was running properly and then just stopped, you may have an issue other than clogging.

After your water change, it primed correctly when you turned it back on?
