Dual T5 HO should be plenty for a 20 gallon. How tall is this tank? I'm using the Finnex Ray 2, 7000k and if I recall correctly, I think I have around 90+ PAR at the substrate.

My tank is a 72 gal bow front 24" tall. I have a wavepoint 4 t5 light
