Currently I'm away at college and I have a running 36 gallon at home I maintenance on the weekends.

In the tank is:
-3 Imperial Dwarf Gourami
-4 Swartz Corys
-Whiptail catfish
-1 Bamboo shrimp
-1 amano shrimp
-2 mystery snails

The plan is once I'm able to maintenance the tank regularly I was thinking of adding 5 or 7 kuhli loaches and a school of neon tetra maybe 6-7. Think that'll be an ok bioload with an established tank and regular maintenance?

3 gourami? How do they behave? Do they have territories? Gourami are very territorial to their own kind unless paired.

They behave fine, pecking order was established and the tank is heavily planted with driftwood so there are plenty of places to hide.

That's good but I would still keep a watchful eye on them because in most cases multiple gourami won't work unless in a big big tank.

Try putting your stock into www.AqAdvisor.com and see how it comes out.
