Fins are nipped

Hi everyone... I need help from u guys..*
I am new to aquarium.. a week ago I setup one fish tank with 4 gold fish and 3 guppies... I don't know how this gold fish fins are nipped.. plz help on this

Should heal up but get the store to check water chemistry eg ammonia. Is the tank cycled?

Also generally goldfish are coldwater fish and guppies are tropical temperature fish.
