fire or bristle worm?

Found these 2 guys in my tank, one was on the glass the other only came out at feeding time. Keepers or Killers ... Thanks Lou

2nd is definitely a bristleworm. I consider them an important part of my clean up crew.
 
They will grow with the food supply and dwindle when there is a lack of food.
 
I now know what a bristleworm is learned from the post thanks just curious though how did you catch it I would think the bristleworm would be fast??
 
Well to be honest the one in the first picture was on the glass and I just sucked him up with the turkey baster. The other one is quick, whenever I go anywhere near he pulls himself back into the rock, but if I really needed to catch him I would use tweezers while my wife was feeding the tank because he comes out to eat.
