first 10 gallon!

OK...a few questions. I currently have a very happy Betta in a 5 gallon. I was looking for a bigger tank but unfortunately don't have the room. The Berta is going to stay in the 5 and I'm going to set up the 10 next week.

First, I would like to do fishless using ammonia. How do I know how much to dose the tank?
Second, I really would love some Pygmy cories. After that, I'm not so sure. I was thinking maybe some ember tetras or Harlequin rasboras. I don't want anything fancy, just a fun tank for me to enjoy. Any stocking ideas would be great!

For ammonia, there is a calculator at the bottom of this page:

Basically, to answer your question we would need to know what the concentration of the ammonia solution you are using is.

I dont have the ammonia bottle with me right now, but i have the ace hardware brand. The calculator looks very helpful, so thank you!
