First fish

So i finally got my first fish! A Small Clown. My quesition is that i bought frozen brine shrimp and i am going to melt the cube and feed him little by little. Can i save the rest of the shrimp in the fridge or should i throw it out? If i can save it how long before i throw it out.

I cut off the part I am going to feed and put the rest back in the freezer.

Make sure that you buy a variety of food for the fish. The brine needs to be vitamin fortified or it`s not much of value. They dont have much nutritional value. Kind of like sitting down for supper to a plate of twinkies. Variety is a good thing.

I usually cut my frozen cubes in half and then freeze the half I don't use. Also agree with fortifying them, I use selcon.
