Fish Food

So what is the best fish food? Fresh from the store? like a mixture of shrimp, scallops? Or buying frozen food like brine shrimp, bloodworms etc. What brand do you recommend? I know some food companys might have more pollutants like nitrates and phosphates. So I am asking what is the best? For all types of fish!

IMO variety is the key. I feed flakes, frozen Mysis, vitamin fortified brine, dried seaweed. I know alot of folks also make a blender mush from seafood from the grocery store mixed with garlic and selcon.
