fish help on a 38gallon/lighting also

So I just got my 38g up and running finally, here is a pic. And I have my 8 neons in already and I'm wondering.....

1. Will Molly's or dwarf gouramis eat them.

2. Can I have 8 neaons, 4 Molly's, and 3 dwarf gouramis in a 38 gallon tank.

3. Is my lighting okay, its 2 screw in 6500k cfls

4. How does the tank look so far

1. No they wil not.

2. Yes you can.

3. Not sure. Depends on the plants.

4. Nice and filled on the left hand side, could use some more plants though. Are you currently cycling? You have cloudy water...

It might be cycling a little bit. Its fairly new but I have been through that before I'm watching it closely. I was moving things in and adding water. Might need to change a bit of water

Yes, I don't see any problems. Just make sure to add all these fish slowly to the tank over a period of time
