Fish mystery mouth bump

About 3 days ago I noticed one of my fish had a bump on his lip. I'm having a hard time figuring out what it is hopefully someone can help me out.

He acts healthy he is eating and swiming around.

I tryed to move him to my qt tank but little sucker is fast and I don't know how to treat it.

I couldn't properly see but if it's white and swollen it may be mouth rot
