Can these fish I have listed be in a tank together?
-rusty pleco
-high fin pleco
-clown loaches
-pictus catfish
-red tailed shark
-multipunctatus catfish
-black ghost knife
I have a new 150 gallon tank, so no need to ask how big it is.

You may have some territorial problems involving the S. multipunctatus and the other bottom dwellers but if you create enough hiding places (lots of DW, rock caves etc.) for each to establish a territory you should be fine.
I really couldn't give you advice on the BGK and the RTS, those are a little out of my playing field sorry!
