Have you done any water changes since starting your cycle? Im not quite sure why things regressed when you just had zeroes. Could you possibily have added a bit too much ammonia? I would do a water change (50-75%) with temperature-matched, properly conditioned water & only dose the amm up to 2ppm (no higher) for tonight & lets see how things look tommorrow.
