So today I did a little water change. And then filled up the tank a little more then I did before. The spray bar is now under water (noise factor cause my mom...) I also took out my power hands cause they weren't needed in my 75g. So today after I feed my Oscars and my two other fish, like 2 hours later they were all at the surface acting like they were hungry. Fed them a tiny bit more food and they didn't eat it. Is there a lack of air in the tank?

Are they gasping for air? The spray bar was causing surface stiration causing o2 levels to maintained, now with the spray bar under water theres less surface movement causing o2 levels to drop. The warmer the water the less disolved oxygen is contained so point your canister so it breaks the waters surface or add a simple but ugly IMO airstone.
