Flake food

Just wondering what flake food everyone uses. I ussually feed a small amount of flake once a day and froozen once every other day. I am looking at Ocean Nurtrition formula Two. It says it now has 2% garlic added. Is this a good flake food? Thanks! Lando

The Formula Two is ok! Though some of my fish don't care much for it..I find the Spectrum is the best I've used so far.

My livestock eat the Ocean Nutrition Prime Reef flakes like its candy. It says its got more protein than the frozen stuff I use. This one doesn't have any Garlic though.
