So my lfs has some awesome looking flame scallops. How hard are they to keep alive? Would they be ok in my 10 gal nano till my 55 is ready? Any input is greatly appreciated!!! Thanks!

From my quick look at them on LiveAquaria.com, it says they are under the "difficult" category.

They have a very dismal record in the home aquaria. I really think in a small tank like that it would be even harder. You would have to keep lots of phytoplankton in the water and in that size tank it would foul up the water.

Yea, i wanted one for my 55 but i really dont want something that is so demanding... sucks cause they look cool
