I'm going to spray paint the back of my 10 gallon black. Was wondering if flat or gloss would be a better option. Does one look better than the other?

I spray painted my 10 gallon with krylon flat black. Won't make a difference really since it's on the glass and you can't see a "shimmer" from the gloss. The paint dried in 10 minutes and looks awesome and has a clean finish.

Thanks. That's what I was wondering if yu would even tell a difference through the glass

It doesn't matter one bit. But gloss, satin, and semi-gloss are easier to clean than flat. Salt creep or spills ob the back of the tank...shouldn't really happen anyways. I used semi-gloss.
