Flesh eating disorder or war wounds

I had my fish in another aquarium where I thought the big sore on her back was from one of the other fish. I moved her to another tank w/ a tank divider and after 2 weeks, the sore seems to only be getting worse. I have attached a link to the best pic I could snap. Also, at the bottom of the tank, there seems to be pieces of flesh sitting there. As if it is falling off her.

My guess would be a Bacterial Infection (Furunculosis). I pulled that from http://aquafiend.plantedtank.net/disease.html

I have an angel on the other side of the divider. If I treat the tank with meds, do you think it could harm the angel?

Yes, definately set up a QT with the fish by itself.
