Floating on the water surface

This was floating on my water when I got home from work today. Anyone have any ideas?

Wtf mabey fish "sperm" cuz a lot of fish just realese it into the water and the female picks it up thats my only possible thought,ill be following to find out good luck!!!

I took it out, but my water became extremely cloudy when I disturbed it.
