Florinmulti safe with shrimp?

I have a 2 gallon bowl with 10 red Riki shrimp. I have some Java moss in there -- will they actually eat that? I have a few random sprigs of other plants. I would like to use a little fertilizer for the plants. I have Florinmulti. It does list copper but I think it is pretty low concentration. 0.00003%. Is it safe to use with shrimp?
