Flowering Plants

I have been searching it seems like everywhere... I can only find a plant that flowers ABOVE the water level. Are there any that flower below it?
I found HC but thats about it unless its grown emersed (Aquaticplantfinder.com) and I dont want to tdo that.

My anubias nana does it all the time. Some Erio's do, but I think they shoot for the surface like aponogetons do.

EDIT: I think Bucephalandras do as well. Don't have much experience with these. I do have some on the way.

Edit: Interesting. I think I like the nana better actualy. cant wait to set up my 30 gallon again... Going ONLY plants to start as I may eventualy move it all to a 55 if I move as soon as I would like
