Fluval 306 Rattle

I bought a 306 2 weeks ago and had to exchange it because it was airlocking all the time
I set up this new one and now it starts to rattle, sounds mechanical (impeller)
I contacted Fluval, waiting for a reply...

Try pulling the impeller and adding a coat of petroleum jelly to the impeller shaft. Usually new fluval filters, especially aqua clears and C-series HOBs, suffer from the same loud rattle. It quiet downs on its own when it establishes a natural biofilm that acts as a lubricant. The petroleum jelly can alleviate that before that natural stuff sets in.

My first one was near silent
