Fluval Spec Lighting

Does anyone know if the lighting on the fluval spec is strong enough to be able to keep dwarf baby tears?

The light on the fluval spec is definitely not sufficient for HC. you could easily upgrade the lighting to grow HC for 10$ though. Along with high light, comes co2/liquid carbon and either EI or PPS Pro dosing, too. I find the high tech side to be so much more fun than low tech though. I keep my low tech tanks for sensitive shrimp and that's it.
