After trimming some of my chaeto in my sump this guy appeared on the glass. Anyone know what this is?

Hard to tell still. Limpet maybe? Or starfish.

I thought that too I was just unsure because of the coloring and defined limbs

Ya, they come in all shapes and sizes with between 0 arms up to six. I'm pretty sure I saw one with even more. Strange little buggers. Keep them away from zoanthids and they are harmless.

If you mean a sump then it will make it back to your display in time. They have no problem traveling through drain and return plumbing.

It's fine either way. It's eating algae off of the glass.
