Looks like a Fantail to me:

Good choice for your tank, as they stay a bit smaller than some fancys - about 6 inches. They come in TONS of colors; most chain stores get new fish in every week, so if you're hunting for variety, you might try looking around and just sticking with different colored/ patterned/ proportioned Fantails.
They seem to do okay with Black Moors...but there are always exceptions; every fish has their own personality.
If you do get a Black Moor, be SURE to pick appropriate decor: they often damage their eyes on sharp plants and get stuck in cave-type decor. At our store, we reserve our silk plants for the Moor tanks and keep the plastics out, even though their telescope eyes aren't fully pooched out yet
