That sounds like you want dwarf hair grass BUT FYI DHG requires good lighting, root tabs or a nutrient soil, and possibly CO2. If not, if wouldnt hurt... I have it growing in my tank if you are interested.

It's cool, I'm looking for some semi tall ones I'm putting it in a 50 gallon long, so the tank isn't very tall, I'm trying to get the swamp look with live plants and DW
