freeze dried food

whats anyones opinion on which types of freeze dried foods are best? bloodworms, tubifex worms, etc.

it all depends on what you're feeding. what fish do you have?

Freeze dried foods can cause constipation so be sure to soak anything you are going to feed before feeding it. Any of those you listed are good.
