fresh water UV hurt/help any thing?

I found a pump that does 550 GPH at 4 foot head height.

but it has a built in UV okay to run UV all the time since I use a wet/dry sump ?

my concern would be the head height... unless you have a really low stand, the top of your tank will probably be 5.5' or so

from the bottom of the sump to the top of the tank is 45 inches there is

out of sump to 90* then T's off then to the 3 other 90*s to get to the tank

i know those hurt too lol

i forget the formula, but every 90 adds so much head height to the pump... four 90's will probably hurt you quite a bit there, but i could be completely wrong
