Freshwater fish compatible with Serpae Tetras?

I got ten zebra danios and they've all been getting along. The danios are pretty hyper though. I was wondering if the Tetras or danios would nip German blue ram cichlids or electric blue acara. The rams stay pretty small so I was wondering if they are any larger fish options.

So far zero nipping in my tank and that's with two types of Rams.
