This is our about one month old freshwater 40 gallon aquarium. My boyfriend (username: averageorodigy) has a more specified account of the types of fish we have but as assortment of tropical freshwater fish including barbs, guppies, tetras and lots more and of course your algae eating ottos. We have an eel as well.. He's a dragon fish goby.. We don't see him much but he's amazing.

That looks great. Definitely got a jungle going. My only concern is the dragon goby being a brackish fish... it really shouldn't be in there. Otherwise, great job :)

I know, someone posted the same concern when my boyfriend posted his thread. Unfortunately we got that specific fish we got from petsmart... We usually go to a great aquarium shop in china town and we have learned our lesson.. We even bought that fish with other tropical fish! We have another tank to plant, so maybe we will make that more brackish.. I don't want him to die though..
