My african dwarf frogs are starting a new diet of bloodworms and mysis shrimp, along with some pellet food which is their norm. Unfortunately they aren't reacting when I put the mysis shrimp in the tank, so they all just get filtered through. It's small pieces but should be big enough for them to catch if they'd notice, any advice?

Here's the bloodworms thawed

And here's the thawing mysis shrimp. They're considerably smaller

I fed them bloodworms for today, but has anyone else tried feeding them mysis shrimp? With a turkey baster I put it right in front of their face, but it either doesn't look like food to them, or they can't see or smell it.

I feed mine every frozen food I can get- bloodworms, brine shrimp, daphnia, cyclops, mysis shrimp, etc. it takes them quite a while to figure out that the new addition is food but I always give them a teensy pinch of bloodworms and the new type (in your case the mysis shrimp) together, so they can figure out that everything is food!
