Do you think a 80 gallon is big enough for my frontosa
Frontosa get big, and messy also. Although on its own your tank is sufficient, frontosa like to be in groups. So I would upgrade you tank to a 120 and get 5 or. 6 more. If you intend to keep frontosa.
They grow fairly quick for the first year or so and then slow down . I brought one at about 1.5 inches. Fed on good food and with space he/she is now nearly 4 inches in about 4 months.
Read up what you can on the species to find out I you can give them what they need. Any questions feel free to pm me. I have a large group of Burundi frontosa that I'm trying to breed. I just can't get them to hold for longer that 5days at the mo.
Good luck
