Frontosa shimmying

Hi guys need some help.My frontosa has started to look like its shimmying.Its not moving very well but still feeding ok.It is also spending a bit of time near the surface.What do I do any help will do.Cheers

Can u get a picture of the guy? Kinda sounds like a fungus or parasite....

The pic is a bit blurry but looks like a parasite don't see any thing growing off him water perimeters
