Do you think i could keep them in a 4' x 18" x 20"? If so, how many, and what other Tanganyikans would you recommend?

I've never kept frontosas so take this for what it's worth, but I hear they are best kept in a species colony, like 1 male to 3 or 4 females. I don't think there is room in a 90 gallon for them- they get pretty huge eventually.

males get to be about 16 inches and females get about 10-12 inches

and also if you have two males togther the other will not grow as big because there could only be one super male

4'x18"x20" = aprox 75gal
So far so good with the advice offered to you...
A 1m-3f ratio with adult would require atleast a 200gal tank, preferably more so as to allow for habitat decor.
You could keep one fish solitary in a 75gal, 100gal would be much better.
Being as they can swallow other fish up to 6", your choice of tankmates is somewhat limited.
Either solitary specimen or species tank.

Well, the tank IS 90 gallons, looked it over on several conversion sites, i just may remember the dimensions wrong. But it's fine with te Frontosa. Decided to go with Peacocks anyways :)
