Fry while cycling new tank! Help!

Im in desperate need of help, with a few questions on my mind. My set up at the moment is a small 19litre tank i have 1 swordtail, 2 guppy's, 2 female endler's one of my females has just given birth i currently have the fry in a breeding box. I was going to move all my fish including the fry in the breeding box into my new 70litre tank is this such a good idea or is a freshly cycled bigger tank going to stress all the fish out please help.
