Hi,
How long do you keep the tank lights on?

I am not positive, but I wonder if it is dino aka dinoflagellates. The little air bubbles is a symptom, are these little things on the ends bubbles like air? Dinos are commonly seen as brown but I understand they can be different like white.

Is that a plastic plant in the picture or a blanched live plant?

If it is algae on a plastic plant then you can use household peroxiode 3% and a old toothbrush to scrub it off and then soak for a day in peroxide. You can put it in a zip lock bag, push out the air but leave unused space in the bag for air bubbles maybe leave in 5G bucket and /or in the bathtub in case the bag pops open.

What livestock is in the tank?
