Fungus growth during antibiotic treatment?

Two days ago, I started treating my 10 gallon tank with Myacyn Two. Today I have a white fuzzy fungus covering many of the ornaments/driftwood in the tank. No fungus on any of the fish. Fish seem fine and are not showing any stress.

Fungus seems to be growing any place that is covered by algae.

Should I be worried? Should I also treat with an anti-fungal?
