Fungus on my acei?

Is this fungus? If so, how should I treat it?

How's he doing? I'd use a standard fungal treatment with malachite green / methylene blue. Is there a lump under the fungus?

It's gotten a lot better, I put in some aquarium salt and have been doing water changes
