Fuzzy growth

So I've started noticing these fuzzy growths on my rock. Any thoughts?

Looked those up and that certainly seems what they are. Good or bad in your opinion?

From what I understand they are harmless filter feeders.

As stated,good filter feeders,the other looks like a sponge,again good
