Gbr( german blue rams)

Have a 10 gallon fish tank I waz thinking of putting a pair of gbrs. And a couple of tetras. Please give me opinions

A par of gbrs need at least a 20 gallon.

Most tetras work in a ten gallon, which ones were you looking for?
 
Personally, I owuldn't put even a single ram in a 10g tank. Also, most of the common tetras should have more space IMO, but there are some really great nano fish like ember tetras that would do very well in there. Instead of a ram, I suggest you look into some of tiny labrynth breathers like sparking gouramis or a croaking gourami. There are also bettas and dg which are both very personable, and seem a bit more suited to a 10g tank IMO.
 
I think you can do a pair in a 10g but it'll limit tank mates.

Gbr usually just "float" around not very active swimmers IMO.

I disagree with the pair in a 10g part, but I agree that they are not active swimmers.
