Gbr with injured fin

My male gbr has what looks like specs of blood where his fin meets his body. Not acting sick though. Anything I can do besides extra water changes to make sure tank is nice and clean?

How's he doing? Can't think of much - maybe check the fish food is recent but I assume you're feeding would be pretty good anyways.
