Gel pack from shipment got in the water

So how toxic are these things to fish/coral? We got a little bit in the water when we added pods to our reef tank. Did a 5 gal water change but I'm a little worried.

Run some.carbon.

Cool. Thanks. Turns out it is non toxic but I'm going to run carbon just in case.
