I have two GloTetras in a five gallon (tank has been cycled and all that) and fish A (the larger of the two) keeps swimming up and rubbing against Fish B (who's about half Fish A's size). Fish A follows Fish B around the tank and keeps bumping into him and rubbing against him. Should I be concerned at all?

Not an expert on this but they might just be male and female and the male is trying to attract the female.
