Goby making water cloudy?

My orange spot goby sifts my sand and makes my water cloudy-ish, its gotten better, but not crystal clear.. I have a 100 micron filter sock, how can i fix this? Thanks

Get another goby... Sorry to be a downer but my goby was the same way. He would take in some sand in his mouth and would spit it back out as he swims up to the top of the tank. And the sand would go all over the place. My rocks, corals would be covered in sand. I traded him in for another goby and he was much better. But I was still dealing with sand on my rocks. I decided to give him back and went with a conch. Very happy with it.
