Gold Ram with red spot on head/nose, looks like internal bleeding?

I bought a two gold rams about a week ago and yesterday I noticed one of them has something wrong with his head and nose. It looks like blood underneath the skin with the top part a dark shade of blood. Should I be worried about an infection or does it look like a injury from fighting or running into something? He's got a great personality and chases the other little rams all over the tank So i dont want to lose him! Thanks for the help!

It might be from running into something. I would just keep an eye on it, and make sure it doesn't spread.

It healed up over the last two days. Looks like he ran into something hard haha

Glad to hear he's doing better!!! I guess he was super determined to make a jail break!
