I've had a GN pleco for about a year now. He has grown a bit wider and a tad longer but not much. They are very slow growers. I also have not heard of the 7-14" sizing.

LOL ... feel free ... but if I ever get around to it ... I might change mine to a Queen Arabasque pleco (which I have now).
